Natalie Rochen

Principal Harp

Since 2007, Natalie Rochen has been learning and performing the harp across her home state of Texas. From classical to Celtic to pop, she loves playing a variety of styles and genres and has worked with numerous orchestras, wind ensembles, choirs, and chamber ensembles. Some of her most notable performances include her showcase of Debussy’s Danses sacrée et profane​ with the Trinity University Symphony Orchestra in 2017, and playing with the University of Texas at Austin Wind Ensemble at Carnegie Hall in 2024.

Natalie is currently pursuing her doctorate in harp performance at UT Austin under the direction of Dr. Mallory McHenry and teaching as a private harp instructor with Round Rock I.S.D. This is her first year playing with the Central Texas Philharmonic.
